If he was, He would be gone by now. English Language is one of the biggest issues between both @icehunter and @alkindi as you can see in their chat. Actually, he is a scammer. He suggested that he want his playerup account deleted instead of refunding the victim. If you say "I delete my playerUP account, that's not a problem, and you just lost 1,600 USD. Hahaha, bye." YOU ARE a scammer. :P
Have you accepted these as replacements? You waited 2 months for these accounts? LoL, cmon @icehunter you're the one who made this in to a big mess we know you can get those maxed accounts that you and @alkindi agreed on. Make us believe that you are very serious and committed on resolving this, dont make us think that you just what to resolve this quickly so you can continue with your business.
or perhaps another account with the same stats as the 2 accounts that you gave him as a compensation for his very long wait.
@icehunter These are the facts in front of you. When you sell a product your suppose to give the buyer THE EXACT ACCOUNTS YOU HAD FOR SALE. Its like buying a mac computer off ebay, your not going to send the buyer a dell computer when he ordered a mac computer? Obvious @Admin going to go off if the buyers satisfied but as far as I'm concerned when you sell product and get paid you hand over account information or its a general scam. Why in the first place would you have the buyer waiting 2months for a account you said you have. All these support that your not a scammer doesnt mean anything.... Fact you didnt give the account information the day he paid you via western union was a scam to begin with. If there was a problem with the account i could see you defending yourself, but 2month latter and you give him wrong accounts? My opinion @Admin he found @alkindi as a easy target to scam so he took advantage of him. I doubt this ban means anything because he will just try to ban evade and do it all again. I'm sure he can get another Id to verify a account and scam again.
I'm @icehunter friend. This time is very hard for him, he has been scammed over $3000 from 4 people via Paypal do issue rèund. He also borrow me $5000, yes i accept that. In the frist time, many people told him to pass this problem, everyone know that if he run, no one can do anything. But i ask him do as a men, face with the debt, he ask everyone he know to Bought 2 accounts(owner agree him to pay later) to return for @alkindi. As my view, he's trying his best. Hope this can be settle down.
I feel sorry for @icehunter but not as much as for @alkindi, is it by any chance that the 2 accounts that was supposed to be for @alkindi were included in the $3,000 worth of accounts? If so, i guess that's just how karma does its job.

2 accounts @icehunter intend to give to @alkindi have been hacked ios 2 months ago, so that mean his total loss is over $4000. I have facebook chatlog from 2 months ago he said that to me, i can show if anyone ask, in vietnamese of course.
In this type of situation, buyer have his right to ask what in the first deal, but for @icehunter i feel bad for he has been scammed and account is hacked.
