5. Why Should The Feedback Be Removed
This buyer is some extra-level scammer, he has the audacity to post a review calling us genuine scammers when if anyone was scammed was us.

This buyer made an original Transaction of $20 in Aug 2020


It was the only payment he has ever made to us. It was made for a 1-year warranty Net- flix account. As every seller selling 3rd party, digital Goods services are very much possible to receive an issue especially if the service provider made any updates on their side, and this is why we offer a warranty. We were reliable with our warranty with this buyer and replaced his account whenever he had any issues and offered full support.
We had an old support team that was completely laid off and we are glad for those who were exploited and scammed by this buyer.
Instead of availing of his warranty the right way, this buyer took advantage and seized the chance to exploit our services, and whenever the previous team had to question his orders, whether he made this order or not he claimed he did and if they had to cross-check he will threaten with feedbacks and reviews thinking to himself (That he might intimidate them or blackmail them into getting what he wants)

Recently this buyer made a support request for a (Spotify account) and we had to check his order we found that his 12 months warranty for this order was expired. Only when we requested him to buy the service again to extend his warranty he did not like the idea and started making different claims that sounded suspicious that is when we had to review his transaction history and here is what we found.

The buyer was offered a free Service in replacement for Netflix. He did not stop there,
2020- 2022 This buyer has claimed services and was given the following services without even paying for one. Whenever he was questioned he claimed he has made the payment to them. Obviously, he did not. We are willing to offer more extended proof of the entire Chat log with the scammer upon needing it.

• Offered Net-flix Sept 2020 - July 2021 price of Netflix 12 months warranty is $20 - Price of warranty offered to a buyer is $16
• Youtube premium Sept 2020 - Dec 2021 Price of Youtube premium 1-year service $15 - the total amount of service offered to the buyer is $18.75
• Dan Oct 2020 - DEC 2021 Price of Dazn 1 year warranty service is $8 - The total amount of service offered to this buyer is $9.3
• NordVPN NOV 2020 - Feb 2021 Price of Nord-VPN 1 year warranty service is $8 - The total amount of service offered to this buyer is $1.6
• Exp-less VPN Feb 2021 - OCT 2021 Price of a 1-year warranty service is $10 - The total amount of service offered to this buyer is $6.6
• Fubo TV Dec 2020 - Oct 2021 Price of a 1-year warranty service is $12 - The total amount of service offered to this buyer is $10
• Spotify FEB 2021 until this day. The price of 1-year account upgrade is $10 amount of the buyer service offered, is $17
• BT sports was never paid for Even in the first place EVER and the buyer was informed multiple times that the service was not available and when the old support team informed him that (he baldly requested a refund for a service he never paid for)
• Hulu Jul 2021 - March 2022 price of 1-year warranty service is $8 - The total amount of service offered to this buyer is $9.3

The total amount of services offer to the buyer is $88.55
This buyer made a payment of $20 and claims we offered him $25 in vouchers and credits, assuming his claim is correct he had a total payable amount of $55, and was given services worth a total of $88. So this buyer is basically not only having his orders fulfilled but owed an amount of $33.55. Yet we never requested as such and were simply informing him that if he wanted to extend his warranty he needs to make a purchase. Of course, saying no to free services to this buyer has triggered him and he has always started threatening with posting fake reviews in an attempt to blackmail and exploit us - Don't know which world this buyer is living in honestly.

Finally, also the buyer's claim that the services are of much trouble, if they were having so many issues what makes a buyer continue to request replacements for 2 years and almost eagerly begging for a replacement whenever his account is having any issues after using it for quite long months?


We are entitled to leave no one feedback but as many as the number of services this buyer has exploited us for and expose his scams to other sellers to be aware of. Not the other way around.

This buyer is also Spam-posting multiple feedbacks for the same issue. We request to both of them be removed.

We are willing to offer all screenshot proofs showing this buyer's infinite scam attempts - claiming he has made purchases he never made, requesting EVEN more services, and threatening with feedback upon ignoring his scam requests. Also how happy he was with the service when it was offered free of charge unlike how he claims right now in his review.

 

This is not resolved. This Scammer would not even dare respond to the dispute and he has left the feedback again. This is not resolved until feedbacks are removed and this scammer is stopped from posting again.

 

Either this user responds here and we resolve this once and for all. Or he is stopped from spam posting (HATE) feedback once and for all.
