Timeline of Events
On June 3, 2022, the following user @Moli503 attempted to make 3 charges on PlayerUp all declined which the bank processor stated the card had been stolen.



On June 3 and 10, @Moli503 attempted to make 2 charges on PlayerUp. The user uploaded this documentation to get verified.



When we called Carlos over the phone using the information the bank of Carlos provided us with he cannot speak english and said he does not know what PLAYERUP.

When we e-mail Carlos we get another name karld hamilton instead of Carlos Molina



As a result, we terminated both orders as it's clear the user is using stolen credit cards to make purchases on PLAYERUP.



Now if @Moli503 believes anything we said is false, kindly reply back to this ticket and state otherwise.
