Lvl 17 account but don't let that fool you. It takes on lvl 23-26 ATM. I stopped upgrading the operations all month and have nearly caught up on ship research, base research, away team research, officer upgrades, ship upgrades nearly all maxed and building upgrades. in another week I will have maxed out all possible upgrades and then will evenly upgrade as I go. The price goes up with more money and time I add. This account also owns its own alliance. It is at lvl 11 Make an offer as is. This is a solid account.
