Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below I purchased the 1 year spotify premium product from him for $6 USD on Jan 25 2022. At first after 30 days I got removed from the spotify premium family but he fixed it at that time in 24 hours, this was on the 3rd of march 2022. Now on the 4th of april 2022 I got removed from the premium family again, I asked him to upgrade it, he asked for the password which I then provided, but got no response after that: I messaged him on discord every 24 hours for a week hoping for a response but got none: I tried playerup, he replied and said that he'd fix it in 48 hours but my account has still not been fixed: I expect a refund if they dont upgrade my account, if they upgrade my account soon I'll be alright with that too.
The only 3 way group I see is the one that was created when I was first buying this product and the seller also said to not use the 3 way ticket for any problems
The buyer bought through a middleman escrow protected payment, the dispute is completely unnecessary. IF the buyer wanted a refund he could simply request a refund through the 3-way conversation directly through the middleman. The buyer needs to close the dispute and seek MM assistance and we will offer support there, we will not provide any warranty as long as this dispute is open. Also if the buyer wants a refund he can change his order status to buyer cancel order. Disputes for Middleman protected orders are completely uncalled for.
Once this closed the buyer We will proceed to upgrade the buyer's account through THE 3-WAY CONVERSATION and no place else
The buyer's issues have been resolved. Account upgraded, log out of all your devices, and log back in to observe changes. The buyer needs to edit his feedback and closed the dispute. Failure to confirm and close the dispute within 24 hours we will cancel his premium subscription and void his warranty without any eligible refund.
