    Dear admin
    I have contacted the admin many times to request that the fake negative feedback be removed. Today I received a response from the Admin asking me to open a ticket here. I request support to remove 2 Fake negative feedback with the reason: I have never made a transaction with these people

    @Thomas85 clearly replied and had a valid genuine experience with you so the feedback stands. If you wish for him to amend or remove it, you'll need to sort this matter out with @Thomas85. Once resolved, he can remove it on his end.

    @Kraus feedback is actually 3 years old. You need to dispute a negative feedback within 12 months from the original review posted. The timeframe has expired to remove this.
