Museum builds for C&Z with over 70% C HP and over 50% C DMG with over 100% fighter damage depending on what legendaries are being used HT&Fighter with many possibilities, I usually run around 70%-80% HT DMG and 70% HT HP with fighters being at around 80-90% damage and 70% HP. Museum for bombers is not build yet (weapon and armor artifacts are there, you can easily go over 120% bomber damage in InfoA with a 3rd weapon in Hermitage slot).
Currently using AH after the rework and build a museum with around 90% AH damage and 50% HP.
All builds use the same 4 equipment pieces for -82% AEDTD, -87% AEDTHP and +80% EDST (with Welrod)!

War weight wise, meh. Not light, not heavy, solid middle. To reach InfoA you better upgrade economic buildings and maybe traps. You won't defend with this account, defenses are mixed from Enlightenment Age - DA for some spawning buildings.
That's why I didn't build a defensive museum (that and because I don't have the ASDIC Type 113X). I do have some good defensive pieces but it's just not worth going all in on those.

Wonders:

Offensive, obviously.
Colosseum, Versailles, Brandenburg, Space Shuttle, Space Needle, Acropolis ... could switch Needle to Pentagon later on when Uni is done, but I like the options to fudge up my wonder tactics at least once a week and don't give a cramp about it.

Most important armory upgrades are made, you just need to get the bombers up (use speed ups, the bomber museum will be awesome).

Maxed out: AH, HT, Commando, RPGs, Fighter, Transport, Recon, Aztecs, Americans and Ethiopians. Also maxed out Russians and Egyptians, Filipinos is level 6/8.

Generals: So low they basically don't count. Zhukov 43/80, Petra 20/80, Hannibal 21/80, Churchill 33/80... Rest is around level 19-25.
