    Can you at least narrate what type of transaction you did with the other party? It's kinda hard to determine something out of just that image. :/

    I'm sorry but this just isn't enough information to go after the other party that was involved.

    - There is no username named @surst or @surst twitter
    - You can't provide an email address

    You should always use an escrow/middleman if you're dealing with a high risk transaction like this.
