We can't assist you here as the form wasn't filled out properly. We are unable to locate this member. Please re-create a dispute thread filling out all information if in event he did conduct communications with you through PlayerUp. Right now there is very little action we can do because we don't know who to communicate with. If you want us to do on Skype to talk to this person, we can't do that as don't use offsite messengers for security reasons.

So what we need from you here is his PlayerUp Username in order to proceed.

As for our recommendation, open a PayPal Dispute if you haven't already.
