1. Date Dispute Happened Example: September 19, 2015 2. Are You The Buyer or Seller I'm the Seller 3. Total Transaction Value $5 USD 4. Other Members Username @MrDevPerfect 5. Why Should The Feedback Be Removed This user bought a 2008 Roblox account via middleman. Here's the link to the original thread: Sold - 2008 Account $5 | PlayerUp - Video Game Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform. I asked @Middleman to confirm that this buyer actually purchased the account. It was confirmed, and Middleman said (in the top forum link) that "We will now be creating a ticket upon verifying the buyers payment." I have NOT received a ticket of the buyer's payment, so I told MrDevPerfect that I would await the ticket to send the information. As the payment hasn't been verified, I can't send the account information without a great risk of being scammed myself. To be clear, I have not yet sent the account information, but only because the buyer's payment has not been verified. 6. Provide All Chat Logs, Screenshots and Additional Information Below All conversations were done via PlayerUp conversation. Here are the screenshots: I apologize for the overlap in these images. I did that so that you can tell that nothing is missing from the conversation log. Long story short, he gave me negative feedback at this point for "scamming" him, even though it seems like that's exactly what he was trying to do to me. If it is decided that I should turn over the account info at this point, I'll do that. However, I can't refund money that I was never given to begin with. Thanks for looking into this. I'm so glad that I used a middleman and didn't hastily send the account information over before receiving confirmation.
Update: Payment confirmation was received. I've now sent the account information to the account via the 3 Way Conversation, but I'm still going to need the negative feedback removed.
MrDevPerfect has now given me positive feedback for the transaction. I just need the negative feedback removed by @Admin or @Middleman . Thanks.
