I am selling my personal eBay account because I can't use it anymore, it has been created in the beginning of 2014, it has 32 feedbacks which are only positives, and It has 600EUR (=690USD) locked, it's locked because the account is apparently permanently suspended because my ID verification failed due to a minor error ( I put my first name before my last name ), If you think you can get it back ( I will send you the address they've sent me to make an appeal ), you can keep the money held and start selling on the account.
