these are the 2 transactions im still waiting on a refund for: Transaction ID: 6854939401 ($25.75) - seller: kingstore - purchased on 22nd december 2021 Transaction ID: 6754185490 ($28.07) - seller: Pratyaksh - purchased on 29th december 2021 BOTH are MM orders and i also messaged MM via the 3 way conversation furthermore i was charged £26 on the 4th of this month.. why is this? i havent purchased anything new and im awaiting on 2 separate refunds (above) having messaged on the MM conversation several times with no response from your team. Im so disappointed in this service as i thought there'd be some sort intervention especially when a seller doesnt complete the order or even reply .. but ive received no response from yourselves either can i please get some assistance on this or do i need to be contacting my bank for a chargeback?
