    Happens sometimes that premium could disappear for a bit, I don’t know why, I bought it from official Grammarly site.

    I wrote to Grammarly support about this, it should be fixed soon, although that’s much better than using # accounts

    I was what can I document and then everything got deleted.

    There was 100 files in there why delete them without warning?

    lost a hour of work.

    Not sure what you mean. In description is written that account is shared and I recommend saving the files in cloud services.
    I can say for sure that nobody would delete these 100 files, because this doesn't make any sense and would take a lot of time.

    Not sure what exactly, or Grammarly has a limit, or this is a bug, but when you save a lot of files in Grammarly they get deleted sometimes.

    I had such problem when I used my personal Grammarly account, all files that I saved there were deleted (I had a copy of them on my PC, so that wasn't a big problem)

    I wrote in Grammarly support, about that, but they couldn't help me and they don't know why it happened.
    Nobody had else access to that account, because it had 2-step verification

    This happens for the first time on this account, but I thought Grammarly fixed that, because this happened 2 years ago
