It's still available. I continued playing since the posting and unlocked all new cars, including the SCG 007S (Grand Prix car locked with a key). Total number of cars now 140. The account now has 28k tokens. I'll upload an updated garage vid later.

UPDATE:
As written above, the account now has 140 cars (including the SCG 007S with the key won in the Grand Prix). The account has 28k tokens; plus 750 coming from the paid Legend Pass (pass is purchased and active), plus several hundred from the Festive season event, plus a large number from the Naran SE (untouched right now).
The current Legend Car Hunt car, Aston Martin Victor, is max-starred. The account is also qualified for the new Grand Prix (Zonda R).
