    According to Spotify's Premium rules, if you had had been kicked out / downgraded from a Family Plan before, you cannot join another Premium for a 12-month cooldown period.
    This Cooldown period is set by Spotify and we cannot control / bypass it.

    In such case, you'd need to create a new Spotify account, so it can be Upgraded to Spotify Premium.
