Stole Money Recall account

I buy an account of seven deadly sins grand cross from DuG95 on 28 of October and the ensurance and legal packages from player up and after more than one month the seller doesn’t receive the money but I payd and my money there aren’t on the card that I use for pay for a total of 381,38 $. In this moment I want my money back I contact also my bank and I don’t want the account because I miss some event and I don’t know how the seller manage on this day if he miss some daily activities or something like this
So yeah I want to use my ensurance and is written that when a seller recall the account the site proceed to a partial or full credit to your account so yeah
