How to Report a Feedback Dispute Please fill out all 6 questions below. You must provide proof or your claim cannot be validated. 1. Date Dispute Happened Example: August 13, 2015 2. Are You The Buyer or Seller Example: Buyer 3. Total Transaction Value Example: - 4. Other Members Username Dimitrios21 5. Why Should The Feedback Be Removed I was just warning other users of what happened during my transaction, he didn't want to use middleman, but wanted me to go first, then wrote "lets do 30 but on my conditions i dont want none of that oh you scam bs" so I got suspicious that something was up with the trade. Here's something else he said during the trade "ok idc you eaither pay 30 first or please stop msging me i got other sales to finish", After he said I go first or stop messaging me, I just stopped talking to him. I don't think I "falsely accused" him off being a scammer, everything above shows the trade wasn't right. First the "conditions" then wanting me to go first, then the negative feedback. 6. Provide All Chat Logs, Screenshots and Additional Information Below Feedback was given even though I didn't make a trade with him. I am yet to provide feedback to the other user, as I'm waiting for this dispute to be resolved.
you should provide the screenshots of your chat logs as evidence so that the things you are saying has more credibility.
Not needed. We follow the same procedure several other business websites not related to this industry do with feedback related issues. We have a strict policy towards other members intentionally trying to defame other members. If it isn't intentional, you should always try to work the issue out with the other party first, give it time, warn them you'll submit bad feedback before taking further action. We understand how it feels to be left negative feedback and be left in the dark not knowing what to do next or how to get it removed. We won't let the party submitting this complaint wait until they win the dispute to remove the feedback. As long as someone writes the necessary information needed which @elysiium provided more than enough details, this is enough to revoke the feedback. How we typically do things is we will take a verified or above members word and message the other party who submitted the complaint providing the details of their feedback. If in event the feedback was justified, we can always put it back on the account. If the other party doesn't respond to us, then we typically issue a warning or suspend them for filing false feedback so they don't do it again to other members.
