I have purchased a Discord account from a seller and apparently a day later the seller was scammed with a false message from a supposed Middleman that was not the real one (He sent the account details). The account is no longer at the disposal of the seller and my money is nowhere to be found. I have opened about 4 tickets in the course of the day in PlayerUp Support. None of them have been answered. Please I really need an answer from PlayerUp Staff. If someone helps me with how to contact them I will be eternally grateful. This order has already been cancelled. The seller indeed appears to have dealt with a fake transaction scam despite the warnings on how to properly conduct transactions here on PlayerUp through @Middleman. We will provide the seller instructions how they resolve this issue once they reach out to us.
