Characters: ALL presently launched are unlocked With two exceptions, ALL characters presently launched have enough shard to get them to at least Legendary Rank 5. With two exceptions, ALL skins available. With two exceptions, ALL characters have max gear. (Choice because of game design) With few exceptions, ALL characters are at Max Level. Otherwise at least at Level 70. See PDF for reference. ALL major tier characters are at Legendary 5 and above. See PDF for reference Between Legendary 4 and Rebirth 5. See PDF for reference. Ressources: All Characters have maxed skill where possible. Enough Ressources to stack up freely All Characters have maxed gear. With two exceptions that are needed to hold back because of game design. Gear materials stock is overflowing. Green Essence is above 100% requirement for completion Legendary Essence: Enough stock to level up new characters but otherwise costly and short XP Mats: Enough stock to level up new characters but otherwise short Rebirth Tokens. Currently 72 in stock. Be very picky on who you use these Some leftover gem essence. Other: Attached PDF as Excel-Files to track character progress and calculate monthly budget to stay as cost effective as possible. Contact to the best alliance in game.
