Buyers can pay with over 50+ payment methods, seller can receive payments from 20+ payment methods. How the buyer pays doesn't determine how the seller receives money. We currently can send payments to sellers by Skrill. As for #, it's actually a service we're "in the process" of reviewing and may explore adding them before the end of September in addition to 90 other payment methods we're deciding on.
