I have 2 orders (6577395834 & 6582820420) with this seller and for the last 3 weeks i have been asking him to sort a problem, he added members to some groups and they were suppose to be topped up but it never was it was covered for 30 days which runs out today the 17-10-2021. I have messaged him through here which he ignored me to begin with and through watsapp which he also ignored claiming his phone had broken. I have setup a ticket with middleman and heard nothing and asked the middleman to step in and still heard nothing, this is now my last time messaging i am fed up with this site, i have dealt with around 6 sellers and from those only 1 has delivered. The rest either half deliver or dont deliver at all. You guys were also supposed to be refunding me for a previous dispute which never materialised in my account, this is the last time i am reaching out to player up or middleman to step in and do something if you dont you leave me with no option than to contact my credit card company. You have all the info in the chats, please sort this and either get the seller to do what he is supposed to do or send my refund. And that is for both transactions 6577395834 & 6582820420 , Thankyou
@jessc3534 Filing chargebacks with your card company = chargeback fee incurs = fee is billed to you via debt collection agency ($25 per dispute). Before you dispute, you should be aware of this as you prematurely disputed could affect us who is already payment protecting you and we do charge fees for any chargeback filed. 6577395834 = Reply Sent To Seller 6582820420 = Ticket Reopened 6651086063 = Order Will Be Cancelled Soon If you already filed a chargeback, contact your bank and cancel it immediately.
Sorry i have been out all day, and must have missed the call. I am fed up of keep sending messages to you guys and not hearing anything back, i was even told i would be refunded for a previous case and i wasnt, that was supposed to be a couple of days and im still waiting, this was for seller name - mori4041 , transaction id - 6585938274. Refund never arrived. I havent done any chargeback as of yet, I was going to give you a few more days to sort this, but if i am continually ignored then that is step i have to take. I am fine if you can just put the funds owed to me as credits and i will then use on a different seller. But please go through my messages see some of the love you sellers i am dealing with those who have continued to fail to respond to me and those who have failed to do anything at all.

Hi, Yes the seller for items 6577395834 and 6582820420 might actually do something finally. After weeks of ignoring me. But the rest are complete frauds. Look no offence but you said the last time one would be closed and refunded back to me and it never was. I have never had not even one refund from player up. Look i am happy if you want to just put as credits if its easier. As i really dont want to be coming back in another week asking where the refund is again, thanks.
You still have not refunded me for anything for any dispute opened. I have had no refund to my card. i even gave you the option to refund me in the way of credits. I now have no option but to open chargebacks with my card company for every single transaction bar one processed on player up. Thanks for continuing to waste my time and ignore me.
I have gone ahead and refunded both those orders. They should now be credited to you and email has been sent to you.
