Stole Money Mkrishnia8 Dispute

    Hello,

    I bought an asphalt 9 account. Someone (most probable the seller mkrishnia8) obtained ownership again. I tried to contact him without success. It also seems that he is offering the account again on this site here (https://www.playerup.com/threads/asphalt-9-rep100-99.5244604/), same stats as the one that I bought, user account opened recetly under similar name (Krishna25).

    I bought insurance for the purchase with you, please let me know how to proceed.

    I have not taken back the ownership and neither is anything like this in my knowledge. And the account you are talking about (krishna25) is not mine, maximum garage level inside the game is 18, and a lot of people at level 17, i'm not alone.


    Can you tell by what means did you try to contact me? Sorry, i did not see any of your message, otherwise i would have contacted.

    I just tried to login in google account, And now it is asking me for password which is on mobile no ********43 (which i do not recognize)

    And if you feel that i have changed the account, then let me tell you that i have not received the payment yet, I ask daily to middleman that when will the pamnet be received but no answer has come, now i received message that payment is suspended.     I tried to reach you on Whatapps (see screenshots - I did not include your number here due to privacy reasons, but it was the number you gave me, ending with 707).

    The phone number you stated is not mine (mine ends with 78)

    Starting yesterday I received some random confirmation codes to my mobile phone, maybe when you click on this is goes to my mobile???
    When I try to reset the password it sends an e-mail to [email protected] (see screenshot), there is no chance to send a passoword to a mobile phone.

    But someone changed the password, this is for sure, and if it wasnt you, someone must have had mine or your mobile to confirm. I have no explanation how this could happen.

    After telling you, i aso tried to recover the account.
    But it is showing that enter the code has been sent on the mail, But it is impossible for me because i have logged out the account from my device so how do I access the mail now?
    I also wrote a mail to Google about this, i hope they will definitely help.
    I am still looking for a way to recover the account and solve our problem.
