    Hi I bought a TH9 through middleman over 4 days ago. I was told o had to verify so I did. There is no 3 way ticket I'm getting worried and my file a paypal dispute as middleman is ignoring me and roving my posts.

    This issue with the @Middleman service being delayed and slow has already been explained. Though I wouldn't blame you for disputing your payment since its really frustrating.     I know from my experience that this has really been a troublesome issue ever since i joined the community but I can assure you that your money is safe with them. Its just that they are having some technical issues regarding their system at the moment. I really hope they can fix this very soon. This site is really good but this issue that they are having for more than 2 months now is bringing their reputation down.

    Ok I trust them but idk why they're ignoring and even taking down my posts. Thanks for your reply your the first person to reply to any of my help threads.

    They're taking them down probably because you have already an existing TICKET of this transaction. You don't have to create a new TICKET with the same transaction as this will only cause more downtime to their system specifically in their #. Though I agree that they need to address each users on what's happening with their on-going transactions.

    @Admin I think you should have separate employees doing work as a "Support Staff" because I don't think you alone can handle these much users who are in needs of assistance. :)
