Once you have activated it, it's downloadable from your normal IP (so normal download speed) and it's fully english VO available. I won't lie, it costs around 17$ USD to get a russian cd-key, but I'm willing to include support and vids into a trade for SC2 and even maybe add like 5$ on the deal after reception and activation of your key. Will only do it for an US version of SC2.
