Stole Money Beware Kalogz trying to Scam me via Recalling Account [ Middleman Order - 138365538 ]

    Deal Thread : Sold - TH8 ALMOST MAX - level 86 | PlayerUp - Video Game Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.

    Do not have outside chat logs as deal happened via MM Private and 3 way ticket only , Deal went smooth first but after 1.5 months now the owner trying to re access the account he sold me . He is now just accessing my account and then use my troops and lowing my trophy 2 to 3 times a day . This is very annoying , Middleman gave me instructions and i did check but not able to stop him . Please help me here or refund me or solve this situation , I purchased this account with full Insurance package and Middleman deal and i did purchase other accounts too never had problem , i hope i get solution here . @Admin , @Middleman help me to solve this and ban that scammer or recover funds from him or whatever you think do but please either stop his access or refund me .

    Thanks for your fast action regarding the issue , also i understand the standard procedure of your website about scammer but it do not help me anyway to recover my loss ..that seller accessing the account every 2 to 3 days and ruining my hard earned trophy push and that is really annoying , i replied to the middleman the requirement details he asked me in my Private ticket and i hope also request Please either completely fix this issue so that the scammer seller never able to access the account he sold me or process refund to me . Only any of that way i can be satisfied .. please solve or help me to have refund for my order .. I have full trust and faith on the MM service and i hope i get solution earliest .

    I dont think it will really help to put a lot of pressure on the @Middleman's side. They will help you, Yes. But it's really up to the seller if he wants to resolve this or not. They may be able to refund your money if it is still in their account.

    well i guess they should refund if fail to solve the issue cause i bought service with insurance support.. so they i am sure know their service details before they post for sell :) and i am sure Playerup is capable to legal action against seller fraud's still i am trying to help to solve this matter without going to refund process cause i want my account to be untouched forever by the seller if Playerup MM success to do that then i do not need to go for refund process .. and i hope they has ability and knowledge to do that and fix the issue and if not they know what is to do better , i just want any solution either refund or fix issue and i have faith on Playerup staff for this cause i did other deals too which went smoothly except this one .

    Blackshadow we have been discussing with you our plan to resolve this. Correcting what @Rolan said above, we should hopefully be able to resolve this without any action needing to be done on his end. If we can't, then we will contact the seller for additional assistance.
