By Rapid downloaders I mean people who download all the time, not people who download from Rapidshare. If you have CABLE(Comcast) I suggest you switch to DSL. Why? Because Comcast is not fighting for your rights anymore. If you download such software that you would need to buy, they will get your IP Address. This means they can access all of your information. There is a new company in town, and I vaguely remember Dtech.net from a letter I had gotten. Please keep in mind to what you download and HOW you download it. When you use something as Utorrent, comcast could be in the peers, you can get SUED. Just a warning everybody, watch out.

I've heard about this but internet laws aren't really harsh in my country. Highly inevitable from stopping people to download warez stuffs.

Yeah, thanks. I hope I can get the word out, I don't like Comcast anymore

Portugal ftw :) No rules about piracy !

Thanks for the warning i am already using DSL

Zomg no piracy rules in Port? I should go there on a ship and a fake beard, but with a computer drawing as the flag. :]

comcast is stupid. they are trying so hard to fight piracy they are messing with all their customers. they actually limit your bandwidth so you cant download more then a certain amount per second. but the limit is do low it makes it difficult for people to even surf the web. i have a feeling comcast is gonna start losing market if they keep doing stuff like that.

Lol in Serbia we have no problem with that whatsoever, no laws on anything related to the internet (except for # but who cares about #?)
