Sorry, but this is going to be near impossible to do. Because you cant edit out the text, and if you do, you take parts of the background with it.

The download link you provided. When I download it, it showed that i downloaded a ".html" file.

This basically means you haven't installed Win-Rar. This is something which you can use to extract things. download it at WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files, then simply right click the file and press "extract here" or wherever you want it to be.

I do have 7-zip which I assume would work fine. Perhaps it's just something wrong with my computer. Sorry!
