Stole Money Middleman never paid me

So i wanted to sell my Raid Shadow Legends account and tried PlayerUP for the first time. Everything went smooth as you guus can see in the post below on September 10, 2021. Middleman closed up the transaction with the "Order Completed" status then opened a Deposit Completed post on September 11.



Then i opened his message to checkout when the payment was going to be available on my Account and it said 1-96 Hours, which didn't happen of course. So i'm still waiting forever to be paid by PlayerUP / Middleman.



They said i shouldn't open any new ticket regarding cashouts. So i really don't know what to do. Waiting for a feedback i guess?

Oh just to add something, the "Seller Orders" page has a payment pending forever. Does it really take that long for the transaction to be completed?
