    all I did was use the instant messanger to advertise my thread this makes no sense, I have never scammed a person.

    They're reviewing all new users or users who seems suspicious, I think. Also scamming someone gets a "Banned" badge, "High Risk" I guess just means someone reported you.

    very ridiculous its just a way of the admins of the site telling you to get verified badge because they wants you to spend money.

    We never asked for any money so I'm not sure how you came to this assumption. You aren't required to purchase a Verified Badge to remove the High Risk Badge. There is no need to make things up just because you have a High Risk badge on your account.

    Mass spamming is prohibited so if you bulked spammed your advertisement too many times in the chat then this is the reason you're marked High Risk. Spamming isn't allowed on any site and most of these sites would just ban you completely for it.
