And then once you were paid they lost access to it shortly after, correct? All we're asking you to do is help give OP the access back to an account he paid 775$ for. That is a large sum of money to be told that he's a liar by you and that you can't prove anything because of a law in Germany. Hoping this can be resolved soon.
I'm sorry but I think you understood me wrong. I'm not calling him a liar. I'm just saying that I did in fact not take back the account. I sold it because I needed the money back then, just like the Steam account. Thought it would be a sealed deal but obv we're here now. And yes that is right he lost it 1 month after if that's right. I do not want to call him a liar, but he himself did not prove that he didn't just sell the account and is trying to double cash out because I told him that I sold the Steam account a few months ago.
Well, you said you have proof of him doing that - so this can be squared away with you proving it. If you can't help prove it, it's a he said he said situation. In that scenario, we just ask the original owner to give him back the account. If it happens again, we can ask him for proofs of him losing access to the account via e-mail addresses, etc. Sure, it's possible he did re-sell it, but it's more possible that it was recovered. It happens often with online sales, and with a steam account being sold it increases that possibility ten fold.

It's been 20 days that he hasn't had access to his account and so far you have not helped him in the slightest. Recovering it and giving him access takes less than an hour. Once this is done, you'll be unsuspended.
I found the Watch Dogs Legion proof of purchase from Instant gaming. I'm currently also recovering my E-Mail password (did obv not sell my main mail) so I can get proofs of purchase for ingame orders of R6 Credits. Is the Watch Dogs Legion proof of purchase + key enough to get unbanned for now?
Possibly, you'd need to get in contact with @FrenzyATLAS The suspension tag remains until this is resolved and/or he doesn't log back in. It's been too long, things need to start moving. If he doesn't log in within 48 hours your tag will be removed or this is resolved.
Also I'm just a bit mad that I didn't do love you and he didn't even proof that he didn't sell the account or lost it and I basically got banned now because I have to proof that I didn't do anything but he doesn't. Makes no sense for me
It's really important to me that the trade can take place soon, so if you can please tell the middleman that they should finally open the 3 way ticket. Also I'm really trying to help here.
As a last resort I would even be willing to refund him but he has to prove that he didn't just sell it. Otherwise I do not want to refund. $775 is also a lot of money for me.
