I bought the account from another website. I have no correlation to the account or Xbox in general as I have switched to PC. I’m not understanding how he lost the account if he had a 2 step on?? and there’s absolutely no way I could get back into the account if I wanted to
Hey Lolgant this is not to point the blame on you for taking the account but we both can agree per our conversations above in the pictures, the account was compromised (prior to my purchase) by another user that attempted multiple time to recover it from you and me. The 2 step verifications seemed to only slow the process down from whoever recovered it. I also have text messages notifying me that someone logged into the account and removed my 2step verifications.
Yeah lolgant I have no idea as too what happened anymore whoever took the account blocked my main Xbox account from adding it and is appearing off line so i don’t know what to do now? Should I just call it and give up on it? At this point it’s pointless fighting an unknown villain but then again that’s $600 swiped from my wallet. I don’t know…..
Yeah it sucks for both sides. Makes me look like love you and you’re out of $600. I’m a firm believer in Karma. Just let the process happen. From everything I’m reading it says you will Get a refund. Just hope they don’t yoink it from me.
