After bickering due to trust issues I did as he said and waited 5 hours and got no response and no payment of any sort, acting like he stole my account. I got back onto the account somehow and he said he was just testing to see if I was going to take the account back and that I failed. Now I've completely reset my phone and have no way of accessing the account, and after 22 hrs of me doing this, he proceeded to ignore me again and block communication. Still no payment and he recalled his 5$ "trust" payment. I've tried contacting him via k.i.k numerous times today and nothing, even though he said he'd be right back.. 22 hrs ago. Also said he was "verified" so I could trust him

unfortunately, they cant help you with your game center account since they're not from SuperCell. That is why they tagged @Kaptain Krunch so he can get back to you your game center account.
have you tried reporting it to supercell? if you are the original owner of that account and have the basic information about the account then you can retrieve it yourself for sure. No one here in the site can help you unless @Kaptain Krunch comes out of his hiding place and return to you your account.
@Kdglenny dont tell supercell you sold your account. Otherwise they wont help you and will only block/ban your account. Becarefull what you ask to supercell!
