Hello, Mid of last month a purchased an account through the seller pheonix. A week after, someone had logged on with my account and started canceling upgrades and messing with my account. The seller offered no help and claimed that I was lying to him. I let it go since it only happened once. I while later it started happening again more often, and I contacted the seller many times and showed him evidence. After a couple days of argument I guess I annoyed him enough till he said he would look into it. No one logged into my account for a week+ so I thought he took care of it. Well this morning I woke up and logged on. Someone logged me out of my account, I can’t access back in, joined another clan and is using the stuff I purchased in game, and doing other stuff. I decided to take matters into my own hands and joined his clan to talk to him (I have photos of the conversation). The person in possession of the account said that this used to be his account and it was stolen from him but refused to talk any more and kicked me out. Pheonix has offered NO HELP what so ever on this. All he did was claim I am lying to him to try to scam him basically even though I never even asked for a refund or another account. All I asked is I be left alone with the account I was given!!! I purchased this account for $45 and have spend over $50 additional on in game purchases… I am extremely upset and don’t know what to do!!!
I can send screen shots of how much I spent in game, conversations between me and seller that took place on kik and discord, conversations between me and “Amir” on clash of clans who claims to be the original owner of the account. Am just so scared tbh..
