    The buyer is very suspicious. This person sent me money to PayPal under buyer protection, this payment was immediately suspended by PayPal itself and sent for verification. The money was unblocked today, but two hours later the buyer opened a dispute and started calling me a fraud, given that the payment was sent under the protection of the buyer and in this case it is simply impossible to cheat. I propose to return the money to him - he refuses. I propose to give him the account - agrees, which is very strange. This person raises serious suspicions, looks like a scam.

    I assume this is a 24 hour review on clearing the payment? If the dispute is still open, I recommend just refunding it and being done with it. If he closes the dispute, then proceed with delivering.

    The dispute was not resolved. She told me do you want the account. I said yes, send the account and close the dispute. After a short time, she sent. Stop the dispute and I will return the money to you faster. Why are you talking about two issues, the account and then the money? Ali and when she opened the dispute, she texted me. I think it is clear who the fraud is

    The solution here seems to be just refund @bojohr funds and that will resolve this dispute.
