I hope any manager sees this: Do you expect a $1.5 purchase be handled with so much hassle, support only after more than a week? Are you guys just posting because you are happy you got to do your job, finally, after a long while in which I could just go get an account from some legitimate service?... Are you for real? This entire transaction and scam was a huge waste of time, Playerup.com, you are losing tons of customers over these issues. I am probably not going to use this site. August 7 - Order was activated. August 8-9 - You and @Amirhossien69 were communicating back and forth on finalizing the delivery. August 9 - You reported the accounts you received from @Amirhossien69 were banned. August 10 - You officially made the final notice to the seller you wish to cancel the sale. August 14 - The order was officially voided That's the timeline of what happened above. During this timeframe, PlayerUp doesn't charge you for transactions until you confirm delivery. The payment is held by your bank in an authorization state until the decision to either capture or void them is made on your behalf when you either opt to cancel or confirm delivery. We have no control over the services/digital assets that @Amirhossien69 delivers to you. We aren't entirely sure how the accounts got banned and the seller was willing to try to work with you to get this resolved but you refused and cancelled the sale. Shortly after that you accused us/Amirhossien69 for scamming you for $1.5 despite not even being billed yet for this transaction. The transaction didn't go smoothly here but we did our part to ensure you were 100% protected at $0 cost to you.
You stated we scammed you on $1.5. Where is the scam? You didn't lose anything and we provided you some compensation for the bad transaction. For some reason you're still blaming us for a problem which nobody could have prevented from happening and still accusing us of scamming you. There isn't any other service out there that protects you 100% on transactions at $0 cost to you acting as a middleman to ensure you're fully protected on any form of digital asset transactions. We have no control of the publishers decision to close accounts, deadbeat sellers or scam sellers. All we do as a platform is ensure you're 100% protected. If you want to use another site that offers 0 protection then that is your choice. When you get scammed you can realize you could have prevented this had you purchased through us.
