The deal wasn't done on playerup and wasn`t handled by me you paid through a website that has instructions you didn't follow. Minimum quantity of the order you purchased one the website was 2 and you were asked to complete the order. Refund can never be made, but you felt you have been scammed. I belive I haven't scammed anyone whatsoever so opening disputes here is of no use

I was scammed once but thx god I used paypal as payment and got my money back after 30 days. All I had to do is show the chat to them and they helped me. Just don't use the option family&friends. The thing is, this problem does not concern Playerup. But if maybe one day it will be "officially" confirmed, maybe they can suspend it here. This already happened to me once. I reported it to the authorities in my country and they managed to make the store insolvent and then they closed it. I never got the money back but I managed to ruin their business.
