    Details:
    i have paid for an account through middleman which was later cancelled by the seller. The cancellation took place 1 month ago and until now i received no refund nor a single message from middleman updating me with the refund status and none of my messages to them were answered. I am left with no option but to oped a dispute here although i have no confidence anymore in this site. it seems middleman are good if orders are going smoothly without problems. but once there is an issue that requires a refund, you get ignored without an update while keeping the money with them...

    I am having the same problem. Might consider lauching a legal dispute as its been 6 weeks and no reply.

    That's very concerning. They promote using middleman to avoid such issues and now look at us chasing them for our cash and they won't even acknowledge our messages. Is this why we paid 13% for when initiated the purchase? Ofcourse not...

    I'm not entirely sure how this wasn't properly cancelled @Turtle but you're right. I temporarily loaded credit to your account at least for now. How should we proceed here?

    Middleman, errors do happen but the lack of communication is a bigger issue. But better late than never I guess.
    This is my first time refunding a payment. Could you transfer the funds to the paying credit card? Please advise
