    What is the lowered force when Jumping state? Do you have to dismiss all your troops to lower the force?

    Not sure I get what you mean. But when moving to a newer state you might wanna lower the force instead of buying to many state teleports. And first you put troops in monument and hospitals. Cause you don't really wanna dismiss troops
