This is the automated communication I received the day I purchased: "This message is to inform you that we have received your order details. The next step is an agent will activate your order within the next 1-24 hours. If you wish to speed this process up, please provide your transaction URL that shows your proof of payment (Example URL). If you have any additional questions, feel free to update this ticket." I did provide the transaction URL to "...speed this process up..." The agent never activated my order!
