Vendor not providing replacement account

    Hello, the vendor All4Games was supposed to provide me with a replacement account as the one I was given stopped working for unknown reasons. After talking in a forum thread (https://www.playerup.com/threads/access-to-account-lost.4942973/) we were told to take it to DM's where the vendor agreed to give a replacement account. But then they just stopped replying and never sent it.

    On May 22nd they wrote:
    "I can give you one bonus account with locked email, old and 100% safe, be careful and dont open any scam links/viruses"

    But as stated they never sent the account and they have stopped replying, so I guess I need to take it to a public forum for something to happen.
