Middleman not canceling order

    I requested my order to be cancelled after the 3 way conversation never started when my order was processed, I have had no response for 7 weeks! The seller of the account I tried to purchase has since been banned for fraud, I've still had no refund or acknowledgement of this order being cancelled.

      The 3 way conversation for this transaction never started, the seller has now sold the account to somebody else... I have spoken to Skrill and the payment of $300 has cleared with yourselves, so I require a refund...
      I cant change the order status to cancelled due to the 3 way conversation not starting. Skrill have given me the transaction number as the one in the title of this conversation..

      Step 1: Go To Your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
      If in event you need to cancel your order, please go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket.

      Step 2: Change Order Status To Cancelled
      In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order. If you don't have a 3 way conversation ticket yet, post in your pre middleman order startup ticket that you wish to cancel your order.

      Step 3: Wait For Agent To Approve Cancellation
      Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.

      Still waiting for this order to be cancelled and refunded, if you do not respond within the next few days I'll have to take this issue direct to Loot Inc.
