Not exactly a Dispute but it seems this is the only way to get an issue revolved here.

So, on 17th March 2021 I requested to withdraw $25 worth of Playerup Credits to my Paypal and I still haven't received it. It's almost 5 months now. Here is the original Withdraw ticket https://www.playerup.com/conversations/withdraw-playerup-credits.2119297/

You've already had 5 months to send my money so I hope I don't have to wait another 5 months to receive it or wait another couple of months for a response.

 

Im having the same issue as you are, i made a purchase in feb 2021 and i ended up getting a refund, my "withdraw ticket" is still being processed...
