I Completed the sale of my account more than 2 months ago and have not received payment from PlayerUp

    I have tried to be patient but none of my questions are being addressed by @Help or @Middleman. The transaction has been completed by both the seller (me) and the buyer MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AGO. This isn't a small amount of money too, $2450 before PlayerUp charges, which honestly doesn't make sense to me why I'm paying PlayerUp to be ignored and have my payment withheld for over 2 months.

    they didn't provide any acceptable reason to hold my payment as they claim that the delay applicable for orders before 9-5-2021
    and my order was in 13-5-2021

    i hope your payment go fast asap and all we can do is to wait
