My Stolen CoC clan for sale - Leader account was phished

My clan Ancient Hunters was stolen June 12th. I found it listed here on or about 6/24 and contacted seller who claims ignorance. Clan was also for sale on playerup. I reported it to mods here. Lakshay19 reposted the listing apparently but original listing offered it for $1. I clicked Buy Now, paid amount using middleman and now seller claims that listing was only a convo, so he won’t honor the purchase.

basically proved he stole clan on 6/12/2021 and bragged to a friend he stole a champs clan.

 

Sup Mods , Well this guy is claiming that i # his clan. Which is not freakin true plue he doesn't have any proofs either. As i am a reseller i bought that item/clan off someone and already showed him proofs.

He gave me negative feedbacks also without buying anything? Idk what his grudges are with me
And the second thing i cancelled middleman order cuz i mistakenly posted the clan for 1$ which was not the right price also that listing was taken down already by me by "Mark Sold" option idk how did he buy {you can check in your systems when it was taken down}

I already offered him to pay real amount and i will give the clan to him but he started blaming that you break terms of PlayerUp and all...

Thank you, PlayerUp/Middleman. He apparently sold the clan to someone else, instead of honoring my purchase. Yesterday, his little th5 “Supercell” was the Leader and only member.

 

Is it that hard to understand kid? That i posted on wrong price n that listing was removed and when i asked you to buy it at real price. You blame me for violating terms , nice. Well @Middleman will see what’s the truth

you didn’t post the wrong price…. You changed your listing bc I reported the clan stolen to PlayerUp. You tried to relist it to get around PlayerUp. You had a price listed, I paid, you didn’t deliver. Your posts show you bragged to friend you stole a L22 clan. My email thread post shows on 6/12 someone phishing my leader account and that happens to be the day you claim to have acquired the clan. I’m not a kid. I’m an old man who doesn’t appreciate playing in a clan for almost 8 years for someone to come along and steal it.

just honor the purchase I made and maybe PlayerUp will forgive you.

 

Hey @Hulk , there’s nothing i could help with sir you can go through the issue. I did not phish his clan as he claims. I just bought it off another seller and i was reselling it here for cut of profit. He is just blaming me for the thing i’ve not done. And regarding that listing thing believe me I already told you guys that I mistakenly put “1$” as price plus that was already put as sold I don’t know how he bought it and told buyer too in the chat that it was wrong price if you want to buy then pay the right price to playerup but he ended up in opening dispute.

i’ll better request playerup/middleman to refund his “1$” pf the transaction.

 

He is just trying to manipulate things

Here you can clearly see there is a conversation link next to the “buyer purchased” thing plus also not mentioned how much did he pay. Which i guess actually means that listing was already removed by me.

 

@Hulk can i get a solution here please?
