    Rss: cash 3b, cargo arms metal each 750m and diamonds 150m.
    Gears construction and invests all grand except 2 purples.
    Gear war king sets all purple except 2 accesoires blue.
    Troops: almost 2.4m whereby 2m t4 troops, 150k t3 troops and 200k t1 bikers.
    Enforcers 15 grand
    IC center: economy, crew, def, kingpin max.
    Street hide outs 78% and advanced def 80%. From all other invests a bit but unlocked already 6 formations.
