5. High level 123 is good level for a town hall 9 because mostly you see a town hall 10 at this level.
6. All Troops are maxed except Valkyrie which is on lab for level 4 and for the next upgrade you have 70K DE already in the DE storage.
7. All wall are level 9 and few level 10 which is enough to keep enemy away from your base. specially for loot giant wb, brach attacks for loot. and in clan war the enemy has only 2 option either he/she do a lavalloon (it wont work because of my war base design. and center queen. ) or gowipe (it gives only 2 stars). they won't even think of hog because of double giant bomb.
8. 1932 Gems are there which will help you in champion push where you can get 2000 gems itself.
9. Already a Co leader of a respectable clan which won 102 clan war and i am almost part of most of the war.
10. Level 13 king queen you just need 2 more upgrade for third ability unlock.

Let me tell you from where was my price when i started my first thread on playerup i was asking 400$ for this base people said its high price for this account some people said they will give me 250$ for this base i didnt sell that time then when i lower my price to 300$ people said they can give only 240$ for this base i said ok but again they didnt reply now i lower my price from 400$ to 225$ i wont go lower than this its a fixed price buy or not i don't care i will sell it after 2 month if it won't sell at this price but i don't want less than this Please don't not reply for negotiation or low.
