    I went to your website which says this will be automatically sent and no need to contact and placed order with payment sent using crypto. The payment has been completed and confirmed by the network. I still have not received any details of the account.

    Created a support ticket a few hours ago and still have not received and response from your 24/7 live support.

    I then added you on WhatsApp and contacted in your working hours listed on WhatsApp abut nobody responded as well.
