Ordered a one-year Deezer subscription last night and I was wondering what the next step is?

 

I paid for a Deezer account last Friday and still haven't heard anything. I have written a number of messages and messaged Middleman and haven't had a reply...very disappointing

 

I have reported this matter to Middleman as I have purchased an account from you Friday week ago and I have heard no reply or anything....very disappointing. I don't think I will be doing business with you ever again if this is the way you deal with customers

Well I didn't know that but I have contacted Middleman and hopefully they will give me a reason but I wrote to you a number of times and you didn't reply. I will let you know their reason.... if I get a reply. Is this happening for all sellers or just you?
