Stole Money Scammed by Middleman- Won t answer or return funds BEWARE

    Hello??? The refunds should be easy to process. There are 2 transactions, 1 at $325 and the other at $75. Name on the bank account is Shenteria Childs, it was through Wells Fargo and I used Zelle. The date for the transactions was March 15th. Over 2 months now.

    Is there anything else you need to process the refunds?

    Upon receiving the refunds, I will edit any feedback provided on other platforms/forums in which I mention the middleman from PlayerUp stealing people's money. But I need my money back in order to change any reviews. As it stands currently the middleman is still a thief.

    Do I have to open another ticket??? You all should hire more people or virtual assistants if you are backed up THIS much!

    I have provided all the information needed, there is no reason why you all should still have my money!!!

    So now I am being ignored again and this is ridiculous!!!!

    Now filing a complaint with the better business bureau about this website. It's such a RIP off. You all should not do people like this!!! I am also going to open another ticket, that is the only way I am able to get someone's attention. You all are thieves!!! Return my money now!!!

    $400 of my money is still stolen by the middleman. I have yet to get those funds returned to me!!!

    The previous thread is now being ignored even though I provided all the information necessary for my funds to be located and returned to me.

    If you are the person who handles these situations, check my previous thread titled "Scammed by middleman..." you will find all the information needed to return my money. I will not stop until you all return my money. The only way to get me to stop is return what is MINE. This is simply an irritated person whose money has been stolen for over 2 months now and no one on this website seems to care or even want to return my money.

    I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

    DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THE MIDDLEMAN!

    You will be Scammed and never see your money ever again. They recently deleted a thread in which several other users said the middleman stole their money. The middleman is a SCAM! Beware! Use PayPal for real safety but don't send it as if they are a friend or family. Make it a real transaction for safety purposes.

    I have told you all every little detail. The full name is Shenteria Childs. But that doesn't matter because no one gets back to me after I have provided everything. Just look back on my previous posts in this thread. Instead of asking another question then ignoring me again for days and weeks on end. Everything is provided already.

    How can you ask a person to be patient, when your middleman service has stolen my money, it's been over 2 months now and yet still nothing. It becomes a huge issue for a person when $400 of their money is stolen by a service that proclaims to be the safe way to make transactions. What would you do if it were your money???

    I have messaged you all several times and yet nothing. It becomes obvious that those who are passive literally get their money stolen by the middleman and they just leave it alone. I refuse to leave it alone, because you all are thieves.

    If you all are backed up that much, simply hire virtual assistants or more staff to fill positions instead of stealing people's money, flagging them for messaging you all and calling them overly aggressive because they refuse to let you keep their money.

    I have never had such horrible service before, this is so ridiculous and you all expect me to be quiet. How crazy! Then you all deleted the thread in which other users spoke about the middleman stealing their money. Literally trying to silence people and get away with stealing their money. That's absolute madness!

    Why don't you all hire more staff since it takes you nearly 3 months to give someone their money back! As it remains your middleman service is still a scam! When will I get my money back???

    This $375 order is still being held onto by the middleman. I paid the person via PayPal separately and need my money back because the middleman has never done anything to release the funds to them. SO GIVE ME THAT MONEY BACK! Clearly we both (the seller and I) selected to end the order on that one. Check the thread.

    There is another order for $75 that must be found. The money was sent via Zelle and the seller was a scammer. I cannot even find the thread in which we communicated, but attached is a screenshot of the transaction. I think the thread was deleted. Those funds were also taken by the middleman. You have to find that order via Zelle and refund it. The screenshot shows it.

    We only see 2 payments for $325 and $75. You mentioned $375 above but we don't see a payment for $375.

    $400 total was sent. Please note there is a cashout fee for us to proceed here since you're opting to early terminate this order. You have 2 options to proceed here:

    1. Receive a refund (Cashout Fee will occur)
    2. Receive credit to exchange for another account (No fee will apply)

    Please confirm which option #1 or #2 so we can proceed.

    Meanwhile our apologies for the lack of communication here over the last several weeks. We've been having internal issues which caused conflicts with your transaction but we'll get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Rest assured this won't occur again in the future.
