Well I'm short $730. Im on disability and have no job. Will probably never get it back. I just wanted to get back into runescape. I sold my ps4 to get the money.

This is a non middleman transaction so we cannot compensate you. It appears you've already been mentioned this but you keep pushing for PlayerUp to provide some cash compensation when we have 0 involvement in your direct sale.
Then follow up on the agreement to release the sellers ID. You guys are so delayed on ANYTHING that occurs. You need to get your crap together. People are getting annoyed. Not just me. I don't frankly care this was a non middleman transaction. It occurred on THIS site, worse yet, a VERIFIED and BRONZE seller on THIS site.
The transaction occurred offsite as you dealt with the seller through discord. We never sent any specific date we would release this information if we even have it to begin with. The seller is already banned.
You really think a ban is going to stop this man from doing this again? Let alone satisfy me? I want his ID for legal purposes. You are required to release that if I request for legal.
